Service Description

Research has shown that 6 weeks is the minimum amount of time needed to make substantial lasting changes. This package is a blend of all modalities specialized to your personal transformation. Includes the initial coaching session (2 hours) and five regular coaching sessions (60 minutes each). Sessions are typically spaced one week to 10 days apart.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel our reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. All sessions cancelled after the 24-hour notice will be charged in full for the session.
